Terms of Service

GENERALPayments received via PayPal in USD only please. All payments are upfront and progress will not start until payment has been processed. A maximum of two orders may be placed at once. Commissions are done digitally. PNGs at 300 dpi are default unless otherwise specified by the client. Depending on the content(e.g. Anthro, armor) there may be a processing fee.
I will not take written descriptions. Video references are accepted but not alone. Please include an image file when sending reference material.
Under no circumstance will I do NSFW content.
Submitted requests can be declined without reason.a. ProcessWork is processed in order received. Standard turnaround time is two weeks from the start of the commission unless there is a state of emergency that will cause a delay. If you would like to set up a deadline for your commission then please do so at least four days in advance. If your deadline requires other commissions to be put on halt a rush fee will be charged.b. Revision PolicyTwo revisions will be allotted while your commission is still a WIP. Additional revisions will result in a fee (5% of the base price).
After the commission is complete, I will not redraw large portions (≥25%) or make changes that were not previously discussed in the WIP phase for free.EXTRA COSTS, CANCELLATION & REFUNDSa. Extra CostsA fee will be applied if the commission has…

• Rush feeb. Cancellation & RefundsI have the right to cancel your commission for any reason. You may contact me to cancel your commission for any reason.
You are entitled to a partial refund if your commission is not complete. With a partial refund you will only be charged for the work that was done (e.g. If you ordered a painting and I’ve only gotten to sketching, you will be refunded up to that point). I will not issue a full or partial refund if the commission has been completed for any reason. Please ask for it to be revised if you’re not satisfied.RIGHTSI retain all rights to my art. I will upload your commission to my socials and/or online gallery per my inclination. When using or reposting my work, clients are to explicitly credit me on social media.a. DistributionClients may not resell the art/character you have commissioned me for. Clients can give it as a gift. If you are purchasing as a gift and wish for me to not post the piece publicly until a certain date let me know during form fill out and you will be accommodated. You may use the artwork for non-commercial use (e.g. icons, header, personal prints, to look at your blorbo lovingly, ect.). Clients may not use the artwork for commercial use (e.g. selling prints, shirts, merch, etc.).b. AlterationsYou are not allowed to edit, trace, or alter the commission.
