Terms of Service

GENERALPayments received via PayPal in USD only please. There will be a 50% payment charge start and then the rest expected at completion. Progress will not start until payment has been processed. A maximum of two orders may be placed by one person at once. Commissions are done digitally. PNGs at 300 dpi are default unless otherwise specified by the client. Depending on the content(e.g. anthro, armor, mecha) there may be a processing fee, I will be upfront with you on if a design is too complex that a fee must be added however.
I will not take long written descriptions. A small written blurb about your character is fine please don't make me read a whole paragraph I'm barely literate. Video references are accepted but not alone. Please include an image file when sending reference material.
Under no circumstance will I do NSFW content. Suggestive clothing and posing is accepted though.
Submitted requests can be declined without reason.a. ProcessWork is processed in order received. Standard turnaround time is three months from the start of the commission unless there is a state of emergency that will cause a delay. If you would like to set up a deadline for your commission then please make a note of it in the form. If your deadline requires other commissions to be put on halt a rush fee will be charged.b. Revision PolicyTwo revisions will be allotted while your commission is still a WIP. Additional revisions will result in a fee (15% of the base price).
After the commission is complete, I will not redraw large portions (≥25%) or make changes that were not previously discussed in the WIP phase for free.EXTRA COSTS, CANCELLATION & REFUNDSa. Extra CostsA fee will be applied if the commission has…

• Additional Characters(80% base fee)b. Cancellation & RefundsI have the right to cancel your commission for any reason. You may contact me to cancel your commission for any reason.
You are entitled to a partial refund if your commission is not complete. With a partial refund you will only be charged for the work that was done (e.g. If you ordered a fully rendered piece and I’ve only gotten to sketching, you will be refunded up to that point). I will not issue a full or partial refund if the commission has been completed for any reason. Please ask for it to be revised if you’re not satisfied.RIGHTSI retain all rights to my art. I will upload your commission to my socials and/or online gallery per my inclination. When using or reposting my work, clients are to explicitly credit me on social media via @RottenTurnips.a. DistributionClients may not resell the art/character you have commissioned from me. Clients can give the product as a gift. If you are purchasing as a gift and wish for me to not post the piece publicly to my socials until a certain date let me know through the form and you will be accommodated. You may use the artwork for non-commercial use only (e.g. icons, header, personal prints, to look at your blorbo lovingly, ect.). Clients may not use the artwork for commercial use (e.g. selling prints, shirts, merch, etc.). While technically twitch socials fall into the merch category so long as proper credits are posed on twitch and all emotes are properly attributed its fine to use them there.b. AlterationsYou are not allowed to edit, trace, or alter the commission. Cropping the image for a banner or an icon is okay but please do not draw over, make large edits, or remove my watermark under any circumstances.[ Last updated 10/15/2024 ]

Pricing Tiers

Bust - anything pectorals and above
Half Body - roughly starting at the hips and above
Full Body - at least 80% of the body though feet might get cut to fit a pose or client's vision. So long as most of the legs are seen however it will count towards this tier❁❁❁❁❁❁❁

❁ All above tiers come with a background upon request. Complex characters, props, and/or backgrounds may be subject to a complexity fee that I will make known to you before starting
